• Clients can cancel Sitegrowth at any time after any contract timelines have ended, and can cancel credit plans independently of maintenance. You can cancel your subscriptions yourself through the Aboundant Hub, or can request cancellation through support@aboundant.com. We need up to 10 business days to process your request.
• Clients can also re-subscribe at any time. 
• Aboundant reserves the right to determine whether we want to enter into a Sitegrowth contract with any clients, and also reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time. In which case, existing credits will be honored or refunded depending on Aboundant’s assessment of the situation.
• Unused credits are not refundable, but may be transferable depending on the situation.
• Clients guarantee that all elements of text, images or other artwork you provide for us to upload are either owned by you, or that you have permission to use them. In turn, we expect that you have the right to use any content you ask us to put on the site, and we do not assume any liability for that content’s usage.
• The terms are subject to change. 
• New terms will be delivered to the Client account holder via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. 
• This includes prices, which are subject to change and are based on Aboundant’s master pricing schedule. Any change in Aboundant’s pricing schedule will result in a changing of these terms.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States applicable therein.
